Filter Screen Production

Our Screens are made from a Nylon mono-filament thread which is weaved and then heat pressed for strength and durability. We use Nylon PA6/6 which is a stronger and less absorbant material than the standard PA6 that is often used. We also do not add silicon or metals in our screen production and they are fully compliant to FDA standards and ISO9001.

Our screens are made on the latest and most advanced machinery which has been imported from Switzerland and Germany (including:SULZER RUTI P7150 Shuttle looms,Intellectual electronic warping machine, automatic heat setting machine and water washing machine, also the most advanced analyzing and testing instruments)
